Since 2021, Ansgar Dietz has run his community-supported chicken farm in Trochtelfingen — one that does right by people and animals alike. He brings the eggs himself every week and leaves them at a place you agree on together.

Ansgar Dietz is the passionate breeder — out with the hens, right in the middle of farm life. His heart has belonged to poultry since childhood, and he knows every one of his hens by her quirks.
Behind every successful business stands a strong woman. Carola Loretta Mulorz is the true all-rounder who keeps everything running behind the scenes — from day-to-day organisation all the way to this website.
Animals matter deeply to her. She has always detested factory farming — which is why she is part of this project with all her heart. If you have suggestions: Carola is always happy to listen!

Wir mögen besonders, dass die Eier ganz unterschiedlich aussehen. Mal größer, mal kleiner, mal heller oder dunkler. Gerade das finden wir total schön und charmant. Wenn die Hühner zeitweise weniger legen, wird das vorher offen kommuniziert und dann gibt es in Absprache einfach mal weniger Eier. Zu anderen Zeiten sind es dafür wieder mehr. Über das Jahr gleicht sich das gut aus und für uns gehört das einfach dazu. Außerdem finden wir das Konzept des Hofes und den Gedanken dahinter sehr unterstützenswert. Wir bestellen hier wirklich gerne und können den Hof absolut empfehlen.“

I have been a sponsor of the farm for about a year and so far everything has always worked wonderfully and without complications. You can also pause the weekly delivery quite easily by email, or adjust the delivery rhythm and the number of eggs. I would be delighted if the farm finds enough support so that they can keep doing this permanently, and so that one might even be able to visit the farm and the hens in future.”

„Ich finde es super, dass es die Möglichkeit gibt sich Eier aus der Region und von hoffentlich glücklichen Hühnern in guter Haltung direkt nach Hause liefern zu lassen! Ich bin seit etwa einem Jahr Patin des Hofs und bis jetzt hat alles immer super und unkompliziert funktioniert. Man kann die wöchentliche Lieferung auch ganz einfach per Mail pausieren oder den Lieferrhythmus und die Anzahl der Eier anpassen. Würde mich freuen, wenn der Hof genügend Unterstützung findet, sodass sie das dauerhaft weiter machen können und man den Hof und die Hühner in Zukunft vielleicht sogar besuchen kann.“

“I am absolutely thrilled! 🥚 The eggs are fresh every week, super tasty, and the colours from green to brown are simply wonderful. You can tell that the hens are kept in species-appropriate conditions and that they are really doing well – that is exactly what matters to me. The flexibility too. I can pause or change the interval however I need. On a spontaneous visit with my grandchildren we even got a little personal tour of the farm. There is a lot of work in this!! I find the regular videos of the chicks particularly lovely. You can see how much heart and love goes into the work here. I can only recommend Oasis and the whole team. Do you live outside the delivery area? With a supporter sponsorship you can still support the project.
Planning a farm visit? Please call ahead and arrange a time.
The farm does not yet support itself, so Ansgar works elsewhere two days a week. To make sure you do not arrive at a closed gate, please arrange an appointment by phone or e-mail before visiting.
